Save the evidence pack and add your briefing notes and user-written office response. Saving an edit creates a new version.

Submit for review. A different office administrator approves or requests changes with a comment; the author cannot approve their own work.

Approval belongs to the version that was reviewed. Edits create a new draft, and sharing prepares the current approved text.
