Generated interpretation is separate from reported developments. Briefs and Advisor advice are labelled as AI-assisted and link their points to sources. Check those sources before using them; neither is an approved office position.

Every saved brief is encrypted with a key unique to your office, and only your team can open it. There's nothing to set up.

Encrypted with your office's own key
Briefs are encrypted before they're stored. A copy of the database or a backup is unreadable on its own. If an office is deleted, its key is deleted too, so nothing left in old backups can be read.
Every version, every view on record
Edits create a new version and approval applies only to the version a different administrator reviewed. Administrators can see who opened, approved or shared each brief, and can delete briefs permanently or automatically after a set period.
Access belongs to your team
Briefs need a signed-in account in your organisation, and Reader, Editor and Administrator roles control who can read, edit and approve. Anyone can add two-step sign-in. In the phone app, brief screens are kept out of the app switcher, and on Android out of screenshots, with an optional Face ID or fingerprint lock.
Clear about necessary processing
Data is hosted on Railway over HTTPS and encrypted private networking. When you use AI, relevant sources, office context and draft text are sent to our AI providers to generate the result. Copying or sharing a brief sends that text outside the workspace.

Can I download the app today?
Open StoryOps in your browser today and create an account from the sign-in screen. Native device and release validation are still pending; App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet.
Is this a personal brief or an office workspace?
Personal follows and read status help you catch up. Shared office watchlists, Briefs and Team support preparation and review across the office. A brief can be saved as an office draft, and it is not approved until a different administrator reviews that version.
What is Advisor, and who can use it?
Advisor is an AI-assisted view of what matters to your office. It checks public sources against your remit and priorities, groups what it finds as international, national or local, and suggests options with cited facts. Developments do not need to name your representative to appear. It is labelled as generated advice, is not an approved office position, and is being piloted with Irish offices. Discuss a pilot to ask about access.
Does AI write the official office position?
AI helps explain and summarise the available evidence. The office response is user-written and separate from generated interpretation. A different office administrator reviews the version before approval.
What if I already have a StoryOps account?
Use account sign-in to access your existing workspace. Manage your mobile plan in Settings. Existing account billing remains available; customers retain their agreed subscription terms.
